Why doesn't the Sheriff see that it's the shameless leadership like Randy C (I won't dare give him the satisfaction of a Commander title in front) who are absolutely destroying this agency. Salary aside, this is the exact reason we are down 100 plus certified positions. Randy C. and his circle of retards are the worst abusers of the system out there. Yet, they will sell out a deputy for minor things to keep themselves off of the radar. The problems don't stop with just him. As we have all seen in the past, these scumbags bring all of their friends into power who remain in positions in which they completely ruin this agency. Sheriff, start promoting people into command positions who are people of integrity and who make ethical decisions. Put people into command positions who believe in the mission of the Sheriff's Office and not their own personal gain. Put people into command positions who are pro-deputy and willing to go out of their way to say thanks for the work that Deputies do daily. And put people into command positions who do not monopolize valued overtime gigs that should go to the ones making $35,000 a year instead of command staff making $90,000 plus. Time and again we see shitheads who can care less about their families who are put into these command staff positions (Lt's and Captains included) and would sell out their mother for rank. Randy C. may be gone (should be in federal prison as far as I am concerned), but there are 20 more of his asshole buddies still left to destroy this agency and run more people out. This agency will be 150 certified positions down in the next year as the good people are jumping ship left and right due to the horrible morale problem.
