I'm not trying to start shit with you guy. I'm merely saying if the governor/cjstc removes their certifications big deal, if a deputy violates civil rights they can be fined and maybe go to prison, thus losing their petty ass cjstc corrections certificate. I'd be more concerned with being federally ****ed rather then caught up with tricky Ricky.

Amazing that IA found no violations on this one and the sheriff went along with it. Or he ordered the IA finding. The guy who fired and the supervisors who approved it should have been fired and prosecuted.

This civil suit will cost plenty. There goes any chance of meaningful raises.

Who did the IA investigation? Was it the actual IA Detectives or the Detention Investigative unit, whom are IA liaisons. If it's the jail that did this it's no wonder they found no wrong doing. Just something to ponder on.

Even if they gave them a letter of counseling to say, dumbass don't use nova round for a situation like you did.

Nothing to ponder. Their reports are public records. The falsification of a public record or official document is a felony. You have the tape. If the statements differ from the tape oooops. Warm up the poly and ask did you intentionally falsify any record or report?

No wrongdoing when a manufacturers warning is disregarded?

If your sheriff had any real experience thats all open and shut. But because he apparently doesnt he is either easily misled or goes along.

We all know they were told exactly how to write their reports, hence them all using a very rare quote of "window of opportunity". They absolutely should know better and it would've only had to take one of them to say "this isn't a good idea, let's just fog him". But they didn't and now the county will have to pay.

Yeah, how's that working out for you. Your obviously that twit that floods this forum with your false report talk. That's all it seems to be is just talk, what are you doing to have your complaint heard? Also we don't use polygraphs in this state Colombo.

Let's see how it pans out. According to the attorney the reports he read differ from the video. The only twits were those involved in the event itself. Like the blind leading the blind. We will see when it's all said and done.

The jail should be eventually privatized, and shift the burden.
