Unreal
Unfreaking real! You morons shoot a dude contained in a cell with a lethal round wtf were you thinking?
He is a contained EDP let him sit or spray OC on him, Taser him or 5 dudes should be more than capable of taking down one inmate if necessary then you kick azz.
Let me guess this was your big chance to pretend your a real deputy with a gun and not some jail guard.
You look like idiots on that video, hope he gets a fat check. I'm surprised the SAO has not filed on you really.

Clearly the situation did not warrant the use of a less then lethal shotgun, nor was it used properly. The Corporal in question was not demoted, received no time on the porch and is still employed with the PSO. Then jail has plenty of other incidents that have been swept under the rug. If you are not liked they will fabricate anything they can to run quality staff off as we have all seen many of times. A certain Captain was accused of sexual misconduct, but was allowed to resign without his certification being revoked, who now works for Zephyrhills PD. Or a Sergeant and retired Captain who were involved in overseeing inmates fabricate items(Furniture) for the same Captains home. Nothing happened to either individual. There are plenty more capers swept under the rug and plenty of Deputy want to be's in the jail.

That Sergeant in the video who allowed this use of force should be charged as well. He was standing right there, did nothing to stop it, and basically encouraged the illegal act by the deputy. The actions of these personnel is criminal, and hopefully the FBI will investigate them both as well as the agency for violating the inmates civil rights.
Nocco should be ashamed he is covering for the illegal actions of his personnel.

The Corporal who fired the less than lethal round, made it lethal by firing it in the manner he did. Most of us whom work with him think he's brain dead to begin with, as is the one narrating the fiasco. Another stellar choice for promotion at Pasco. "We Fight As One."

FYI **** Tracy,
Bain was theLieutenant for that platoon, You can hear him speaking on this video
http://www.tampabay.com/news/publics...-round/2282746
He is the one who would have made the call to use the gun. He retired, Sgt. Lowry retired. And if memory serves right I think it was Cpl. Haag's wing that night. They all went up theret o deal with Trevino, and this happened. Explains why the less lethals disppeared as quick as they sppeared. And NOTHING happened to Haas, he's still there as a corporal(and lazy as hell). And they fired a corporal (who worked) who slapped an inmate and charged her.
The place rewards stupidity. Does matterhow hard you work, it matters which way the wind is blowing.
BTW The entire JAIL is NOT Team Nocco, I don't know of anyone in the re campaigning. Not like patrol where they post signs and go to "fundraisers".
