    See your problems?
Nacho has at least 30 or so positions he does not fill in the jail, then re-allocates the money elsewhere. This is the nature of the servant leadership at Pasco, there is none. The jail has been understaffed Nocc-Hole's entire tenure and has no signs of ever changing.
The certified people in FTO training in unison with the current sponsored corrections class won't make a dent in the staff shortage.
Think about it.....we are down 40 or positions, we have dual certified people poised to leave, positions in booking and other specialty areas to be filled, firings, resignations and retirements. It's always the same outcome, to little to late.

Maj. Kunt, said the agency will be creating an additional 12 positions for the new temporary housing trailers, that are allegedly coming. What I find alarming is, they can't staff the existing positions we have now.
I wonder how many more FMJS standards they will be violating, to add to the existing ones they violate now. Such as the PC/AD-SEG/Intake/FCA/Re-class pod, "We House All In".

So word is, the Med 1, Finger Banger is not being charged with sexual assault on a detainee. Figures, they never charged the Med 3, Sack Sniper either. Unbelievable, how can anyone have an ounce of respect for an agency that will hang you out to dry for having an opinion that differs from that of the current administration.
    LMFAO!

Appears they made up for it by firing a road deputy over a late night action. They should all be wearing big red shoes, noses and hair.

I haven't seen Pretty Boy Floyd on the TV, doing damage control from his two fallen Live PD minions. The pompiss prik he is.

Love the new number system for your continuing OT problem, good looking out for Deputies. Special shout out to Cpl. Lick, the prik, definitely on your way to Sergeant, ya fit right in with the rest of the garbage supervisors.
The great exodus will continue, especially with Pinellas County Sheriff's Office doing a mad hiring currently. lol

What do you expect when the top person at the agency (THE NOCHO) had only a year or two of what you may not even consider to be LEO experience (housing authority police?) He does not even know how to do the law enforcement job let alone have the experience of being a law enforcement supervisor/command experience. All other agencies I know of have people running the departments with well over 20 years LEO experience. That is where the problem starts and then just trickles down.

Only part of the problem. The useless, questionable BCC and the wonderful voters of Pasco

You despise the department. You despise the BCC. You despise the voting citizens. You love to be miserable.

I cannot imagine someone being so bitter to spend all their energy shitting all over a web board.

There is a simple solution to your road to happiness. MOVE.
