Terrorist Inspired Attack, or a Hate Crime?

If you have paid attention since this attack occurred, you would already know that the shooter pledged his allegiance to ISIS and its leader. Not one word out of this shooters mouth cited sexual orientation as even a partial motive, even stories out there that he may have been a closet gay. Not sure how that squares with his muslim religion teachings, but I digress. Now we hear that Att Gen Lynch will release a transcript that will edit out references to ISIS. Several FBI sources have leaked to the press, that this administration has completely scrubbed any references to Islamic Terrorist Extremism. The narrative has been shifted to emphasize this event as a hate crime against gays, and gun control. This Country does have a history of violence against gays, so its not a stretch to imply that this incident was hatred inspired. but was this the case on this shooting? If not, then the rights and sympathies of Muslims and their religion, was a higher priority than the rights and sympathies of Americans. You owe it to the gay community not to be played by a political narrative that minimizes the deaths of all those innocent people. The 9/11 victims families were heavily compensated, run of the mill hate crimes never are outside of private donations. It may behoove the victims families to seek the truth.

With a outpouring of donations and various fundraisers for the Orlando shooting victims, it got me wondering. Soon, every lawyer in this State will be lining up to sue anybody and everybody in search of money. Money doesn't replace love ones, but it happens after every one of these events. Seems to me that when a terror inspired or actual foreign terrorist cell commits murder on any citizen in the USA, the Federal Government should compensate the families without the need for litigation. The Federal Government enjoys Immunity from lawsuits as a general rule. The 9/11 families were heavily compensated in lieu of bankrupting the airlines by our government. Wasn't the nexus that caused their deaths, terrorism? It would certainly appear that the Orlando shootings were terrorist inspired, why then not equally compensate Orlando, and Calf and others the same. Tim M bombing in Okie was equally destructive, but a distinct difference is that it was not as a result of a foreign inspired or actual foreign terrorist cell. The highest priority the POTUS and the Federal Government have is to protect its citizens from attacks by the enemies of this Country. When the Government fails to do this, they should feel obligated to compensate these families, it would be the right and honorable thing to do. Accepting these monies if approved will waive your right to sue anybody, even if some liability can be found. This is why you should not buy into the hate crime, lone wolf narrative. This is a political attempt to minimize what actually happened.

    OPD should be sued

There was an african american female being interviewed on Fox news Monday night who stated that she witnessed people dying during the three hours wait it took the cops before entering.
These cowardly SOB's should be sued, they were derelect in their duty to protect and displayed cowardice when called upon to act. OPD is a disgrace to law enforcement!

Have you hugged a terrorist today?

US Attorney General Loretta Lynch says that the best way to fight terrorism is with love. Maybe OPD SWAT needs to rethink their tactics.

I thought they showed him lots of love by waiting out in the parking lot for three hours to let him finish.

You are very much in need of therapy.
Your survivor's remorse is consuming you and you transfer the blame to the PD.
Displaced aggression is common in these cases and can be treated.

There would have been a lot more people with "survivor's remorse" if OPD didn't stand around in the parking lot quivering and shaking in their boots for three hours. Instead, they are just dead. Thanks OPD.

Well our militant, fixated on the police response friend, if you haven't noticed, Orlando has all but disappeared from the national news. Truth is muslims and especially the ones that commit violence, are of a higher political priority than a group of Hispanic homosexuals, and by the way, some straights were victims to. You keep fixating on the Police, while the Democratic leaders change the subject. Your anger is misplaced. This carnage doesn't fit the Obama agenda.
