Several SCU transferred back to patrol for an initiated IA investigation. Of course the transfers were made before the case was even investigated and for the same tactics that are being used by the VCTF. The Chief needs to make up his mind about what he wants and how he wants it done. Or is he so clueless that he doesn't know what tactics each of his units are out here doing?
