The other hand patrol deputies should not be put in the situation. Civil and DV units should have handled that situation they are trained for those situation .

This is why cops get a bad name!

1. The situation should not have been escalated to that point over a civil issue to remove children with DCF. This looked like taking down criminals engaged in a criminal felony act.

2. There was excessive use of force

3. The booking sheets tell a different story than what's on the video. HUGE problem.

4. That kid had no right putting his hands on a deputy regardless of the situation and deserves whatever punishment comes out of it.

5. The deputy walks up to the kid recording and slaps his phone out of his hand destroying his personal property.

6. Kid recording picks up his phone where it was taken away and was unlawfully detained in the back of a police car.

7. You can hear at the end of the video of the kid who kicked the deputy screaming as he was hit in the back of the patrol car. Coincidently a short time later while enroute to the jail he was sprayed and allegedly hit again.

I usually agree that the police use excessive force! The video here shows these people going crazy hitting the cops! You just gave the police a great case to send the one guy to prison! He is hitting and kicking the cop he's ****ed and you recording it just helped make the case! Thanks prosecutor!!

LT. Dik't US stole taxpayer $$ in Ky and when they askede him to pay it back, he cried like a little girl and said he was almost bankrupt.
