I'm tired of so many threads being used to ruin people's reputations and dividing the department. We need to acknowledge the people who are doing well. The best officers, FTOs, detectives, sergeants, and command staff throughout the department. Bureaus and districts. If you have something negative to say. Say it on another thread or create your own please.

Before you attack me for creating this, no I have not been mentioned in any thread. However I do know people who have, and most are unwarranted attacks by people who are spiteful and want to ruin their reputations. Use this thread to

So in in other words your buddy the Dancing Director; the major whose son ran a dope operation from his house; the major who permits departmental resources to be utilized to patrol his friend's properties; the sergeant who steals overtime and solicits male subordinates; the slugs that come to work to pound their chest about their ethnicity or sexual orientation to avoid work; the officer who is more interested in covering himself in piercings and ink from head to toe other than worrying about how the community perceives him, etc., etc., should be left alone. Wasn't meant for the whole forum just this thread. If you want to vent or talk negatively about someone do it on one of the thousand other ones. I understand that your upset. You are disgruntled because you were treated unfairly. But there are still people out here who view this career as a great opportunity and love what we are doing everday. Maybe one day I'll be ****ed over and treated as unfairly as you were, but until then I will treat the great people I decided to work with with respect. We all choose this tough career, albeit for different reasons, but we must come together and change this course that we are on. If some spoke ill about you here, I don't care what you say, it would feel like shit because you feel that you work hard and are good at what YOU do. Same as if you were praised here. You spend so much of your time being hateful towards the people who you may need to call for help one day.

Lest never forget about that Sergeant stealing, advancing on a male subordinate has ruined every bureau he's been in. Didn't have the feeling of correctness to expose the voting count fraud that PCB uncovered knowing he would lose his ability to steal unlimited overtime and more than likely be arrested for theft of a dead man's tag and attaching it to his County car to avoid paying tolls caught on video losing his job and ultimately his pension.

His only punishment was to be removed in disgrace from the prestigious PCB. This is the same fatty that frequents the blue velvet swingers club frequently. The same fatty that preachers that he's God fearing. The same fatty that filed bankruptcy and is unable to remain in one house for more than 3 years without being evicted.

Lest not forget the Sergeant arrested for kiddie porn possession.

Lest not forget the Internal Affairs Lieutenant arrested for drug trafficking, arranging murders and now comfortably living in the bureau of prisons for 10 years.

Lest not forget the officer that continues to drive while intoxicated.

Lest not forget a detective assigned to PCB that has a history of stealing/lying and committing a felony amount of criminal mischief.

So yes there are many good honest officers on this department yet there is a large amount of corruption also.

So my friend maybe you can turn a blind eye but many can't and refuse to.

Haha, that is funny. I agree that some of the personal attacks are agenda driven. But a whole lot of what is discussed here is the truth and sometimes the truth HURTS LIKE HELL. The moral of the story is, DO THE RIGHT THING and you probably won't be discussed in a negative way.

If your command staff, you better have thick skin because your actions are going to be scrutinized and your going to make enemies NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.

Lastly, there are some ASSHOLES who don't work for MDPD who come on here and post negative things. It's not hard to figure out who they are, because of who they attack and the comments they make. They need to get a life and move on. These forums are not for intended for people to push your their personal vendettas.

Guilty minds are hard to quiet- specially, in the still of the night. Heavy hearts bring on heart attacks and quadruple by passes at an early age. From then on your life is just hanging by a thread and that retirement date is meaningless. Learn from the mistakes of those ASSHOLES who cover up investigations to gain rank or the vertically challenged minions who cheat on their wives and dye their hair into the 50s to extend their high school days. Get off the carousel while you still can. The cesspool will rob you of your soul.

Completely disagree with you ASSHOLE. These forums are a perfect way to call out scum in your agency. Probably you are one of the corruption circle jerk that has done nothing in your pathetic career and lied your way through. Sorry Kelly your outed in more ways one.
