He has every right to post about it. This is embarrassing! No leadership. I remember what it felt like having a real director many years ago. They didn't have to say a word, the presence alone was respected. Now we have a director break dancing in front of HQ, posting on social media daily, now this with the explorers.

George Washington did no stinking push-ups to motivate his troops at Valley Forge, his command presence impel them to rise from their perilous conditions and into glory. MDPD was once the ‘gold standard’ in South Florida policing; under Perez it has been diminished to a ‘sock puppet’ for a politically avaricious mayor. Each MDPD member who lives in Miami Dade; is a registered voter who was afflicted by the Gimenez regime, must along with his/her family and friends vow to vote Gimenez out. Our MDPD is like the venerable USS Missouri, you just have to jettison the crud, lubricate its helm and she will be good to go. Do not and it’s mothballs!
