Actually the "cops" working YOU are the smart ones, as policing today is nothing more than a continual line of political correctness bullshit. The question is WHY persists engaging in the proactive enforcement model, when no one in the black community wants it. Embrace the "Ferguson Effect," collect your pay checks like the throng of slugs hiding within MDPD and survive to retirement. In the end, when you are walking out, who will give a flying F... whether you were a "real cop" or a check sucking slug for the last 30 or more years? Go to the Miami Police Forum and read the DOJ agreement with the City and MPD, as that is the future of policing.

Well said! Don't forget that the same thug that you are looking the other way from or trying to avoid will maybe someday victimize one of your family members or friends. Look the other way and your mom get shot while being carjacked. Your grandma is shopping at the mall gets her purse snatched from a thug and falls and gets seriously injured. If you know the laws and departmental policy and work with those tools, then you can defend your actions.
