if you are a white male anglo saxon..meaning your not hispanic white male.. you have no chance even getting a call or your file being proceseds for consideration..even if you have a criminal justice degree from university of miami... the white hispanics are taking up the so called white quotas.. the government doesnt consider hispanic a race when hiring.. notice you are arrested 39 its either your white,black,asian,or other on A form...might as well hire the mulatos or black hispanics so you dont have to hire black americans as well.. just saying.. city needs to more diversified.. but, i give it to them atleast hiring females
