Lisa and Angelo Castillo both BSO employees?

Strategic Planning is not a Department, it is a unit under the Department of Community Programs and that was actually demotion for him. He is making no where near $300,000. His skill set is rather limited but he is good at engaging people to help others in the community and that's not a bad thing.

Whoever wrote the original post clearly has it out for the Castillos. Everything they said is over-exaggerated. Don't believe everything you read.

The bitter mistake of a volunteer started this thread. Gilberto Moltalvo, better known on LEO affairs as Gilligan is spewing his bitterness on anything Israel just like he did when he was a Lamberti brown nose. Israel made serious mistakes when he allowed people like Moltalvo and Maines to have anything to do with his terms as sheriff. Both have 5 arrests for dui and drugs on their records and Maines even lied on his application omitting his arrests and he was still hired because he is Alligator Ron Bergeron's 'lil do boy. Israel needed Bergeron after Bergeron supported Lamberti and was made a fool of because of the crushing blow that Israel delivered in November 2012. Bergeron couldn't stand the fact that his Lamberti puppet lost so he sent Maines to su@k Israels Di@k to get him into the new administration and Bergeron pimped out Maines for the price of hiring him to BSO.

Check the Sun Sentinel piece by Brit if you think I'm full of $hit.

The Castillo hiring's were straight up background checked and passed hiring's. The Maines hiring opened the door for boatloads of lawsuits by people who were terminated for omitting or not being truthful on their employment applications.

Nobody "thought they were going to stop the guy from campaigning but they failed." Team Israel well understands that even whack job 20s have first amendment rights. Having Gil out there for Fondo is great ... for Israel. Remember, Gil, at early voting in Pines where you got so upset Israel was doing well there that you were literally sitting on the curb crying?
