Fondo raised $22,000... loaned himself $10,500 ... and already spent $10,300.

The filing fee to run is $11,000 so once he pays that, all he will have left is Jimmy's own loan to himself.

And Jimmy's fundraising has so dried up that he's already just doing $25/person events.

Put a fork in Fondo, he's done ... cuz Willie Jones has more cash on hand to spend than does Fondo.
