there isnt "great officers" there is just great ideology and great supervisors who enforce it.

a new officer can either become great thanks to what he sees or become rotten. if you have to many rotten apples its not the officers its the dept.

stop whining. people out there working under the scorching sun and doing construction just to earn a living. us officers have it all but we somehow wish we worked in paradise. we get paid 30$ an hour to look good, have every girl want our ****s, write 2 or 3 reports and sit in a/c.
