The absolute most important trait in any organization is loyalty. Not blind illegal loyalty like Benji and Poole, but real, honest, hardworking loyalty. Lamberti lost sight of that by listening to self serving scvmbags. The loyal Lamberti people (not the 28), but the true professionals, were cast away as disposable. They became Israel supporters for obvious reasons. If Scott Israel falls into the same trap, he is destined for failure. If he only surrounds himself with FTLD PD people regardless of status he will loose the election. Loyal and honest boss employees are respected by the rank and file. The rank and file are the ambassadors of BSO. They tell voters who is the best candidate regardless of where the deputy lives. Lamberti learned the hard way. So far, from what I have seen, Israel is willing to sacrifice anyone that is not FTLD PD. He better change quickly or he too will elected to civilian. Scotty, you have the chance to do the right thing. Fondo is NOT the answer, but many just want you gone because they perceive you as just another self serving scvmbag. TAKE HEED AND GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY.
