... and this is what you get when the IDIOTIC practice of hiring from the outside continues. Look... I know these people like the Tampa Capt have pedigrees and they are so polished that they blow away the interview, but it doesn't mean they are right for the job. Nor does it mean some 2 year wonder boy or girl is right for promotion. Internal people need to start applying again and management needs to give bigger consideration to hiring from within.
