De La Espriella has built a career handing people up. Flaherty, Carulo, Garcia, Causey... The list is endless just ask the guys in IA when he worked there. Della and Bello two fine examples of upstanding leaders in this agency. Neither has done a day of police work during their careers
and both have skated around the truth with every turn. Rats and sellouts stay clear of them and you will be fine unless you are
