Theyre going to do whatever theyre told to do. You need to find out whos doing the telling to behind the scenes and get rid of them. Every incumbent county commissioner and the county administrator need to go.

No they don't care, just work there. The two broads he's got running the Hotel are nothing more then window dressing. Both in high paying positions, positions above their level of competence. They will write you up at the drop of a dime for "Unprofessionalism" when you stand up for yourself. But you can nearly blow an inmates balls off and have all individuals involved falsify reports and nothing happens. Pasco will always be a FMJS FDLE Certified Shit Hole.

Why work at such a place? Pasco has always maintained a crappy reputation. It's been the training ground for the Tampa/Pinellas region for eons. Take what you have learned and experienced elsewhere, like so many have done before, and continue to do. It does not matter who is Sheriff of Pasco, the problem is the pool of people in Pasco County and the crap leadership mentoring the indigenous population.

Well said. The indigenous population is of questionable intelligence, dubious motivation and easily fooled and/or manipulated thus allowing for the garbage and corruption to flourish. In many places the nonsense would not be permitted to happen and people would be going to jail a strong signal the games will not be tolerated. Not Pasco. A possible reason? Because throughout its history the position of sheriff is said with a smile or snicker. Apparently there are few cops in Pasco who would take a stand and an SAO with their head in the sand at best. Have never seen a more unprofessional operation. Who has the power to hold the crap leadership in check? The sheriff. Thus your problem.

A safer jail.
Here he go again, The IPS Team is being fired up on Monday, more resources taken directly from the floor where it's so desperately needed. OT will be on the rise again, which is good for all you OT hounds. But lets talk safety, lets talk ILP, has the IPS Team help solved any cold cases? what has the IPS Team accomplished in the past, what do they hope to accomplish in the now and future? Fights will still occur, inmates will be taken advantage of by other inmates, it is the nature of jail, it is the nature of those incarcerated, all the shit bags in a confined area. What do you expect them to do, take up knitting? But let us get back to the IPS Team, fewer deputies in the pods is a bad idea. Here's an idea, continue to concentrate on getting more deputies in the pods, before you start depleting our numbers as you always do, then have the balls to tell us your concerned about safety. Now you can say I'm a malcontent, disgruntled or what ever it is you say to yourself to avoid the truths in what you just read, but the truth will always remain just as it is.

Once upon a time someone thought they were a cop. They never were really or were never were a real cop but somewhere along the line they stumbled into, fell into or were gifted with a title. Never had any real experience nor knew anything but when they got that title they think they got anointed with cop smarts and every little thing they think say or do is gospel. Consequently it doesnt matter if it really works because in their minds if they mandate it its right and is working. Its an historical fact. Great suit there Emperor.
