Here is a thought for 21st century transparency. Provide a public portal to ALL readily available records to include email. Any record bought and paid for by the press or public should also be made available with the needed redactions. This would save the 'records staff' from all the extraordinary interuptions by the pesky public and free them up to focus on redactions.
