Kevin pulled the same stunt last Christmas after the Shop with a Cop story came out. Got his business contacts to come up with some money so he could do his own give away.

The first event was spontaneous, this was just admins cheap attempt to one better everybody else. we all kind of agree on the anybody but cook and difranco otherwise known as ABCD, but what about Jacqueline Moore? what has she really done in her two years. Nothing !!!!!. She has had her town meetings and agreed to look into matters and sent her memos, but never followed up on anything she said she would do.
Now because it serves her purpose, she resigns to run in district 2, which creates all this chaos and possibly a special election which is going to cost us taxpayers 60-80 grand. This is so she can run again. She could have easily moved to district 4 and stayed a commissioner and only cost her money not the taxpayers. She chose to resign.
This is a self serving malicious act and should not be rewarded with another term. She chose to resign, no one forced her, she had options now we have to pay. Is this a person we want representing us. I hope not. As previously posted lets add a M to the cry for change A B C D & M. New blood, new ideas, we can no longer live in the past !!!!!!!!!

we need to send a message to our current and potential commissioners, we are no longer going to tolerate tyrants, dictators or unethical politicians. We have a serious problem in our city, politicians who think they are above it all and there we can do no wrong attitudes. We demand change, we demand the city manager and his staff be replaced, we demand the police chief and his staff be replaced, we demand accountability and ethical behavior. For to long we have been kept in the dark, no transparency, lied to and yes treated as second class citizens. We need to move our city forward. New Blood, New ideas. Accountability. Our political leaders need to be a reflection of us and our ideas. Not what they feel is right or what works for select few. Anyone looking for my families vote needs to acknowledge there are problems within, especially in the city mangers office and the police dept. If you can be bought off by a simple tour or by a phony poll from some off the wall website that states our city is safe then you are not what we need. The PD problems are well documented. New leadership is needed, hire from the outside and rebuild. Its time to move North Port forward.
