    7- cops killed
    7- cops shoot
    7- days

Its time that our POS sheriff shuts his mouth and pays us. I'm so sick of him saying there's no money which is total BS. Bottom line is there plenty of money for you to pay to your friends and our top heavy command. and there's money for body cameras to make the democrats happy but when it comes to paying the people who's lives are really on the line there's no money. Sick of the lies. Time for IUPA to do a vote of confidence.

They say you dont have what it takes to win. Dont back down now brother. Do what you said IUPA will do. Stand up for the deputied. F...Jenne gave us 3 3 and 3 and we thought that suckes. Just imagine this bs. Make a stand on this first contract or you will lose the respect for good from bso command. They will always tell you to take it or leave it. F them brother. Forget the shiz that your trying to do with the supplemental pay crap. Its dividing us. 3 3 and 3 or tell them to f themselves.

The next time you hear a co-worker brag about their multiple twenty-plus year old dependants (that still live at home so mommy can wash their underwear and cook for them) having all of thier medical "procedures" done before they turn 26 and have to leave their parent's BSO sponsored policy, thank them (at least in part) for our crappy raise. If you are single and selective about what you see the doctor for, you are being ridiculously penalized for those that exploit it. Sheriff, offer a cafeteria type plan and pass the savings on to everone to spend as they see fit. If someone choses to be trendy and support their spouse and/or dependants (didnt call them children because youre an adult at 18) until almost 30; happily exploiting the system to its fullest extent, then they should pay for it, not their coworkers. Not taking the Sheriff's side by any means, but the aforementioned scenario is played out over and over, and seldom discussed. The single -vs- family premium is quite disproportionate and favors the latter greatly. And as a result, once again, the person having the least impact on the benefit's bottom line takes the biggest hit. Im certainly no bean counter, but every year the budget increases in spades largely because of insurance rates. And nobody (public or private) wants to commit to employee raises when they have no clue what insurance will cost from year to year. I think a simple change in philosophy, could mean the difference between a 2 and 4 % raise. Its certainly not a popular point to bring up, and it might not be a deal changer, but there has got to be some merit in what Im saying, as Ive seen the abuse over and over and somebody is paying for it.

    Be safe guys..

You must be an Israel supporter. You make absolutely no sense in what you wrote. You obviously didn't read this before submitting it.

Lamberti's first contract was a 3,5,5. The extra 2% in year 2 and 3 is still on your paycheck as first responder supplement. He detailed each 6 months after the crash but we eventually got it.

We go screwed on Lamberti's 2nd contract because it was after the crash and the liberal county commission would deal with a Republican Sheriff
