    This agency has created many problems for itself. One of the biggest is no incentives to promote. Skipping ranks, insufficient pay raises and no mentoring explains where we are as an agency. If you don't agree, take a look at the last Miami pick. It can be done better.

    Isn’t this the office responsible for the new DAS and lunch rule?? Isn’t this also the office who set the chief of by submitting chronicle pictures of agents in shorts wearing thigh holsters?
