    Miami files a petition !

The abusive Miami district office is forcing their agents to sign a petition for Kunert to become a captain. What is next in that office only time will tell!

Inept self serving leadership, no tenured employees, no moral compass, infighting, back-biting, lack of pride, no real understanding of what the job is, communication issues, degradation of Dade County, cultural issues, etc.

The best part is no on signed the petition. Sad and desperate attempt to become captain.

    Peace Out Turns Down Promotion

The big problem is no one wants to be a captain who will be second-guessed by a major who knows less than a new agent. Add things like poor pay, an existing staff that needs to be purged and the fact that you can completely bypass the rank altogether on your climb to ass. chief leads one to ask - why bother?
This agency has created many problems for itself. One of the biggest is no incentives to promote. Skipping ranks, insufficient pay raises and no mentoring explains where we are as an agency. If you don't agree, take a look at the last Miami pick. It can be done better.

    Peace Out

I am glad that is a south issue. We are blessed with good knowledgeable leaders on the north end.
