    Garage

What the heck is going on out in the garage lately? People are either being terminated or quitting in lieu of being terminated. Can't seem to keep a garage manager around. Is working for DT and RM that freakin bad?

    Cool Garage

Best thing to do is send in the big dog, Fred A. should be able to fix all that is wrong. He sure did a wonderful job at the Courthouse.

It's an election year. Morgan pulled FA out of the courthouse because of the 5+ grievances filed against him. They had to put FA in a position of do nothing so he wouldn't generate any additional grievances. They already have enough pending "turds" to figure out how to swallow! Morgan and EH better start practicing swallowing them down without chewing!

Sounds like, to some the un-washed out here, somebody is not doing their job, and somebody is. You pick your poison.

It's an obvious trend with the Sheriff. He's had numerous Chief's, Captains, then no Captains at all, Commanders, 1st Lieutenants.... I could go on and on. His indecisesiveness is a sign of weak character and his inability to make decisions. What a loser.

Or, his flexibility and willingness to admit a mistake (bad promotion or hiring) and fix it (demotion or replacing the person) is a sign of a good leader. Depends on your perspective.

A good leader leads his subordinates to success not failure. The Sheriff has an inflated sense of self worth that makes him unable to admit that he has failed at the number one priority of a good leader. Building a successful team and providing each subordinate the tools and leadership to be successful. It takes character and honor to be a good leader and the Sheriff has neither.

What we have is lack of decent front line supervision. The command staff will always be over paid and useless. They are either on some bs conference or on a cruise! They need to clean house cars 2-10! Car 1 is elected and the public gets to make that call! I think bringing some senior staff from outside agency might be worth it. This promote from within ain't cutting it! They should be embarrassed to cash their check every two weeks! We are turning into a deputy training mill! We need to retain our deputies not train them to leave!

Mistake - an error in action, calculation, opinion, or judgment caused by poor reasoning, carelessness, insufficient knowledge, etc.
"Willingness to admit a mistake" means owning up to the mistake as your own mistake and accepting the consequences that come with that mistake.
Morgan has NEVER owned up to making a mistake. The promotions that turn into bad promotions are always the result of someone else's poor decisions, NEVER Morgan's poor decisions. Just ask Morgan. A good leader will also address those who are being demoted and explain the "poor decision" or even justify the "poor decision". Never Morgan.

Myself and so many others made a MISTAKE in previously supporting Morgan. I'm confident that MISTAKE will not be made again and he will be replaced in 2016.
