    Saw one recently

    I know of one slow trooper and I'm just not sure how he got through the hiring process with being retarded. Boy is slow and is embarrassing to the agency.

    Look at anyone that has been at FHP for more that 10 years or so. Do you think they stay because they are so educated, skilled, and motivated?
