What's disheartening is that the subject of this post has gotten away with so much over the years and should have been dismissed many times over. In this instance he should have been arrested. The could be said about a few others that seem to not only still have a job, but are rewarded. Sex on duty, missing for hours, caught at a party with patrol car, slapping/tasing boyfriends...it goes on an on.

You poor, poor abused thing. Bitter much? Some of those things happened years ago. Time to move on, Napolean.
