With all these blue shirts graduating whose going to train them? Are we going to continue down the same broken road where the rookies (FTOs) are training rookies? This is just setting the department up for a major lawsuit. I can see one of these rookies using the argument "I wasn't properly trained" & guess what, they're not lying!

Organvidez's biggest disaster yet has been ruining the FTO program from South Ops. Kendall, hammocks, south these districts at one point had great FTOs who had a passion for what they did. Sure like every unit you may have had one guy that didn't belong. Look at all the FTO squads in the south on every shift. You're lucky if you can find 1 per squad that's worth the position.

To you rookies soon to be graduating take what these guys tell you with a grain of salt because most of these guys are just as lost as you will be on day 1.

Don't worry the "West" district will shortly be receiving 100 new candidates from your Mayor on demand from Zupercommish. 100 all for the "West" fest so that district can be staffed according to population, wow all new news to them now. So if your interested in being a scab and pond sucker go join the rest of them at Hammocks Distict, yes Hammocks District don't change what's not broken and quit eating so much shit! Pretty soon the owner of west district will be asking to build a large wall around his newly formed incorporated Zapataville which he keeps working so hard and stressed to pass how ever he can. I appreciate (sarcasm) all the effort the west district FTO's put forth when one of our off duty marshalls was shot at it. Can't believe this is how we treat other law enforcement personnel.
