From what I understand he lied about everything to. Never told people that he got into a fight and said he did it mountain biking.

Well that's character for you. Mr does everything right and writes up everyone else violates policy AND lies about it. What a total jerk.

It should be interesting to see what the chief does. If an officer intentionally lied and violated policy they would be crucified. But it being a lieutenant??? Character violations are bad enough when committed by anyone but when someone with a command rank does it by choice it is reprehensible. Who will ever respect or listen to what he has to say ever again.
