Police Cadet - Non-Certifed Police Officer Posting 12.22.2015

Good Afternoon,

I am currently looking into submitting my application for the police cadet position that was posted on Tuesday (12/22). I was not able to locate additional information in regards to growth opportunity within the agency. Does Pinecrest PD offers and encourage their officers to move up in the department? Also, does the agency offers incentive like take home vehicle? The website provides limited information and it would be very helpful if a current Pinecrest LEO could share some insight of the agency.
