Yeah it's pretty bad about 12 officers have let to other departments in the past 5 months. Also only about 5 have gotten fired in the last year. The whole department are rookies. You get in trouble for doing your job and the Tribe have no respect for you what so ever. The most senior patrol officer on the road has about 2 1/2 years on that should tell you something. Apply elsewhere even if your certification is about to expire still don't apply here! Your law enforcement career can end in a matter of seconds for something so stupid. All the good officers who were very big in traffic enforcement and making drug arrests have left to other departments. You have to call your SGT for everything which is ridiculous and you have no discretion as an officer I've heard of officers getting written up because they used their discretion as a law enforcement officer and they got in trouble for it! It's the Tribes way all the time!
