News story broke last night that the Mc Beans family attorney is demanding an apology from BSO regarding our show for support at the courthouse. At least the Sheriff who I can't stand commented they are not getting one and stated the deputies and employees were off duty at court.

An apology should go to Deputy Peraza from this POS Sheriff and lift his suspension without pay he has the discretion to suspend with pay!!

He can't place him on paid leave after the SAO has advised they will indict. It's a risk management thing and not to mention he opens up the agency to lawsuits from EVERY deputy, former deputy/ employee that was suspended without pay after indictment. Sorry if you don't feel it's fair but, the agency is bigger than you. Sorry
