Command Presence is so important in Law Enforcement. Can someone from the Command Staff take their head out of the Clowns ass for a brief moment and explain to Chief Lookdown and Chief Unequal?!?! They gave them Class A's for a reason. We have always had sharp dressed Chiefs. The Clown dresses like he's about to move furniture around in his office and Unequal dresses like she is going to the market for a loaf of bread.

Mr. Mayor you are a PR guy. You always look sharp. Can you please advise them of how important this is?

Agree 100%.. MBPD used to be a high class agency, what happened.. good old boys WTF? Major City in the world and we have clowns as staff members.. how embarrassing!

Funny because I Alsace never seen NYPD Brass dress so unprofessional. The Chiefs picture went Worldwide after Art Basel and he was dressed like he had just finished putting out french barricades.

The Chief is a complete fool, he is sloppy and out of touch with police work. We have an Assistant Chief who is out of touch and out of sight what a mess we have here.
