all of the brass up to the director is aware and all have failed to take action so they are responsible. They expect cops to treat citizens well when some brass treat the cops bad????

Stop spreading BS lies there is no hostility between the different units at the SVB. All we want is for our incompetent major to get the boot. She has no clue what each unit in her bureau does. However she keeps bringing in her unqualified choices to work at a Bureau that requires people to actually work and be on call.
