No contract
It's late November and still no contract . That means we will be working this year without one , nothing new . All these delays are on purpose we will be working under the old one that means the city won't have to pay this year ! They get a free bee. good job FOP :-(. But fo me thank god I got 2 more years left and bye bye to all the drama

So then you devalue the union and leave it in the dust. If you turn your back on them as they have repeatedly done to the membership then you make them an illegitimate rag tag bunch of morons, left to stand in the wind with thier ****s in their hands. It really is that simple. Without the members, the FOP is nothing. Stop feeding the system and continue to allow them to brow beat you into submission!
