dirty **** scott's budget
The geek is again not recommending pay raises for state employee. The SOB is recommending bonuses that he knows the legislature will never approve ($2500-$5000), thus giving him a political out. What a weasel!

Waytoo much
According to the Tampa Bay Times, for the eighth year in a row, no general raises have been recommended in the governor's budget request. Instead, he is recommending a 3 tier bonus, with the maximum bonus topping out at $1500.00
Those wonderful Smart Expectations are about to bite you in the butt. Get out of this cluster f*** as soon as you can do so.

It's hard for the legislature to justify a big raise for the DOC given the media is full of embarrassing articles about inmate abuses and deaths. Rick Scott's main job right now is to clean up the DOC and make it into a professional organization. That's what the citizens expect first. No governor to date has succeeded in doing that. If you want to blame someone for the lack of pay increases, blame the morons who caused these headlines which gave everyone in DOC a bad name.

What a crock-you come on here and justify Scott's actions. Any decent company/ organization does not treat their staff the way DC officers and other staff have been treated for the last 10 years. No pay raises, even cost of living raises, for the last 8 years and no raises, even cost of living raises since 2006, if the 3% private tax on employees only is factored into the equation. That is true whether a great job or a poor job is done by said employees. There is a special place in hell for the management/supervisors that come to this site and present the opinion that failure to get any raises is the fault of the employees, not the a**holes running this state and their step and fetch it management in charge of this organization.
