Really???? You're going to play the race card here? The race card on these issues? No one has said shit about these officer's race but you. No one should expect a reward for simply doing what you were hired to do. The awards are not hard to get if you just show up to work and actually work while you are here. Again, back to our orginal argument all of this means nothing to me and does not achieve respect if she fails to acknowledge the the flag she is sworn to protect. The flag of a country that protected her while she could achieve her dreams. More importantly, in an Era where police are consistently battling public opinion and striving for respect, how can any citizen of this city or any American for that matter take this department seriously if our upper echelons in command don't respect our flag AND those around her standby quietly as she does so. It's embarrassing that both these officers are continually given a free pass and walk around this city like mythical creatures. It's even more embarrassing that you would stoop low to boil this argument down to simply a matter about race. Finally, to set the stage for your reply... As far a Anita Najiy goes, I don't think much better of her either, but for different reasons. First off, I have been here for over 28 years,and a supervisor, I know what she did, and what she was, and still is, A ZERO ! Najiy was never a real cop, she rode a desk , all her career, and was involved mainly in black community relations BS, and being a secretary in uniform, and that's saying a LOT !

She was, and still is a black militant, by just changing her name from Wright, to Najiy, and converting to Islam, says a LOT about that. I'll bet she is a fan of Louis Farakan and the Nation of Islam as well, not very bright of her in this day and age. However this disloyalty to the United States and our flag, is nothing short of treason to an extent.

Two men go to federal prison for drugging and raping girls some years ago while Sabine was well into her career here and no one handed her up? Why would those two go to prison and magically she gets off? Does anyone know if she was ever even called to question back then? ... How would you even know whether she was victimized or not? What? As for Chief Najiy, it's absurd that she can't honor her religious belief without being accused of treason (really?!) We have other members of different faiths here who observe all kinds of faith. Jewish, Seventh Day Adventist, Orthodox Christian and Catholics and more. There has also been accommodations made for those members based on their religion, so just because you don't see them in the front lines, doesn't mean they don't exist. As for saluting the flag, I for one honor it, but that's probably one compromise Chief Najiy refuses to make against her faith and as an American she should have all rights to do so. Diversity???? I believe it's more like controversy. God and Allah both know we have enough controversial characters employed here. We really need to start acting smater and thinking less about ourselves. Sabine is nothing more than a victim of herself. She knew, or at least should have known, with whom she was dealing with. Those she surrounded herself by were not decent people. At the very least she is a horrible judge of character and should be judged by the company she kept and continues to keep.
