All details matter
why did Bell make the decision on his own not to fight for the detail amounts that were proposed??? I thought IUPA was going to be a BSO union??? Does not look like the voices of the members matter.

Guys, IUPA took over 45 days ago. The PBA was in power for 25 years. During that 25 year term, the PBA never even tried to get the details moved from policy to the contract. At this time, no Union can negotiate a detail rate until it becomes part of the contract. Now the PBA tries to blame IUPA for their failures. IUPA did get a raise in the details and it is more than the PBA ever asked for.
