This past Monday a 22 was chased by unmarked units it was all captured on Camera, 22 3-17 killing a bicyclist and the driver ( offender burnt alive ), this is all over Ch 7. There's a witness that saw the unmarked units chasing with lights on, once 3-17 the unmarked units turn off the lights and disappeared. I am hoping and praying is not one of our guys ( TRU/FAT) if it is, go hire RoY Black so he can get you the minimum prison time. This type of incident can not be covered specially when caught on camera.
