How many Homestead cops have been fired from other departments

I was doing research about Homestead PD and heard they have hired a number of officers who were fired or allowed to resign from other departments. Does anyone know how many they have hired from other departments after they were fired to allowed to resign?

Check out John Buchanan. Got in trouble for moonlighting as a accident investigator while working for MDPD. Was involved in a conflict of interest and apparently lied about it. Look it up it's public record.

He got canned from Hialeah for lying and committing official misconduct. Then he went and threw other cops under the bus trying to save his own hide, including his own supervisor who covered for his official misconduct.

He also lied about drug use on his polygraph for employment with Homestead.

Don't forget about the several wife beaters who work for the department.

One even had to have his gun signed in and out for every shift because society couldn't trust him with a gun, but Chief Rolle could.
