    Ochoa is a Hero!

    Stop the BS!

Ochoa was working on a top secret operation for the U.S. Government. It was like the Iran Contra affair that he assisted Olivier North on. The towing monies as well as all the other monies he borrowed or stole, was to arm the resistance fighters like the Kurds against Islamic Terrorist groups. When this is made public he will be a hero. The operation is known as Sweet Tow Gate.
You like the others will bow to him and kiss his ass. By the way did you thank him today for the freedom you enjoy? Because of the plan he presented General Petraeus, we won in Iraq.

    Cool truth

If Ericka real wants to know the truth, who towed the most cars? speak to those officers in order to find the truth, im sure at least 1 will answer her question.

how many of those officers are still working for sweetwater?
start with the ones that are not working there anymore, nothing to fear from the admin!

1- who gave the order to tow?
2- who was present when those orders were given?
3- was it a "unit" that towed cars for sweetwater?
4- who over saw that unit?
5- where are the receipts and who processed them?
    6- who made the deposits?
7- who stole the money (Ochoa)?

    OK Guys,

The Miami Herald has stated that federal authorities are "investigating the disappearance of thousands of dollars in cash from a Sweetwater police evidence room" and they also acknowledged that "money is also missing from payments made to recover towed vehicles in the city following police arrests" (see links to these stories below):

Yes, it's evident that many of you may not like Deputy Chief Roberto Ochoa and are making posts accusing him of stealing the money. In reading the above news reports I saw that "After counting the money, Fulgueira handed the cash along with the invoice to deputy chief Roberto Ochoa, who then deposited the money with the Finance Department." and that "on Oct. 2 Fulgueira separated himself from the process and assigned the review of payments to Ochoa." However, according to the Miami Herald "Ochoa said not a single case has warranted calling the towing company since he took over the job."

The article did not clarify whether or not the missing tow money was part of the missing cash from the evidence room (which is being investigated by the feds), but I am led to believe that it is being investigated. As such, the accusations need to stop until the conclusion of the investigation. This is for your own protection (so you don't libel someone) as well as following our published Terms of Use. In addition, there is simply not enough evidence from news sources to make the accusations some of you have been making (whether they are true or not). As such, this thread is being closed.
