Second place would have to go to Brownie and his "Brown Nose" costume.
It was so good it fooled the entite city gov into thinking he should go from a no rank roady to one of the the op admin jobs on the department.

one would have to question why a such highly regarded supervisor in the SCSO with all his expertise would suddenly resign, not retire after twenty yrs, take out retirement monies and come to NPPD. Skeletons ???????????

Ouit/resigned after 20 yrs and short of drop after problems with SCCO brass. Took all his retirement and invested in Lawn care, went belly up. Needed a job, applied to NPPD. One year later skipped the sgts position and made a commander. Not bad !!!!!!!
