This current system is putting us against each other and hurts black deputies reputations honestly by pandering to them..If your on a bad side or wrong politics of a Isreal staff your screwed, if someone has a favor owed or family member on list your screwed and if your not a minority you are invisible. Go back to open list, no scores..then SI can run his kingdom without putting little people thru hell with this process.

Actually we have sergeants that WERE in the top 10 and were/are piece of shit sergeants! Just because u may take tests well does NOT mean you make truly good sergeant at all!!

EXACTLY!!! In my years being apart of BSO it has been the sergeants that were not hight on the list that have been humble and sincere about their positions(excluding the individuals that were low on the list but made that phone call to make it happen in their favor). The ones that were high on the list (or I'll say scored very well) felt entitled and couldn't be taught and felt they knew everything already!

His resume is longer than most, he works his ass off, and he would give you the shirt off his back. The next contract needs to have a clause that any eligible employee who falls within the rule of 5 who is skipped more than twice has to be automatically promoted on the 3rd session or be provided written documentation of deficiency.
