    "Lets go hard chargers!"

    The city appreciates all the sacrifices you make read that contract and letter to the FOP and then he asks how the officers are doing? Maybe he cares because that me be less pensions he has to pay out. In my 20+ years I have never seen such disgraceful conduct by City Hall at least when they did Plan B they were sneaky about it.
