If your miserable working for the PSO, apply somewhere else, as so many have done through the years, and continue to do. Seniority, yes it's a pain to loose, but face it, if your tired of schlepping a high volume of calls, looking over your back, not sure when back up will arrive, have no faith in the existing leadership, leave. Nice thought, however not news worthy. You believe the public would feel sorry? Besides, the Nocc-hole would jump at the chance to get some camera time, and discredit any an all who appose his will. He has many sheep in his flock at the PSO.

One small point at a time and when added to other small points can clearly show the big picture. The pathetic excuse for discipline and pay backs certainly doesnt go to making the agency effective and that is obvious.

Well said, I agree, discipline is a factor. As for the the jail, the only motivation for the email system was money related. His majesty handed out a nice contract to one of his constituents. The Major and Operations Captain competency level are far below what is necessary for running the jail. Both of whom, were and are heavily involved in the Sheriff's election.

The email system furthers criminal activity can not be monitored or controlled and as you said is based on money. So you have someone furthering possible criminal enterprises etc for money over the safety and security of citizens. It diminishes the concept of incarceration. The agencies stats, policies and practices regarding property crimes whose cost affects every person who pays insurance and thats usually working voters is absolutely atrocious. And if when asked does the vendor have a connection to the guy making such stupid decisions all the better. Its estimated 30 % of insurance claims are fraudulent and what do these clowns do? Make your own police report online. I can guarantee you the correct things regarding investigation are not being taught at the academy and your average agency report is sad at best.
