I heard big shake up coming down in SCU. What would be the alltime great SCU squad? In honor of the disbandment.

The SCU should be disbanded. They've evolved from a unit that built cases and put people in jail to a ragtag group of wannabees that follow cars around for traffic violations hoping to hit the mother load. That unit has surpassed their usefulness. Send them back to patrol to fill the gap and allow for hard working patrol officers to do some self initiated enforcement.
