Why? There is no need to hide anyone that kisses the Mayor's azz until they can justify making them Director anymore. The last one was an embarrassment to all the prior DDs that actually earned it and supervised and managed more than the Training Bureau.

Wow! Congrats to everyone that makes that list. You have studied, tested and rose to the top of the list.

However at some point it becomes absurd to keep promoting when the road is so short of uniform officers, and so many holes exist in investigative units. you cannot get either job done with the manpower that currently exist.

But congrats to those who get promoted its not your fault that the numbers are what they are and you accomplished what they asked of you.
