Now it still has to be PROVEN in court so based on the you tube thing I agree Haines is telling the truth. Now not that it needs to be said, Mr. Unregisterd, Mr. anonymous, faceless, nameless, scared to be real with everyone by claiming responsibility for your word, everyone has the right to disagree. As for my other "rantings", please explain to me why no legitimate claims of impropriety, slander, libel or even innocence against the things I document have ever been made? We all agree WEAR3 is a reputable source. Who is going after them for saying the same thing I said? Also, as for waiting for the details and jury crap, MARK SMITH WAS A SENIOR DEPUTY. Wth is he doing in a situation that could be construed to be this improper? Ethics, morality, not being among sketchy people who might get you in trouble. Shouldn't a SR Deputy be better than that? These deputies are grown ass adults. Sacred Heart forced these arrests--not GCkH or the Sheriff's Office, but for, Sacred Heart this would have been swept under the rug. Are you saying that he was minding his own business and happened to engage in sexual contact in proximity to a minor or with a minor while it was being recorded or documented and there could be reason that isn't crime? The Billings case was so poorly handled that anyone with any sort of understanding of law enforcement would feel ashamed of the shoddy work. This is where you look crazy, irrelevant, and uninformed: A "Senior Deputy" is not a great position of trust in the ECSO, it just means the person has been employed for a while. No testing, no further weeding out, just time and a modest amount of training. When you harp on a detail like that it just makes you seem like you're grabbing the first thing possible and holding on because it makes you feel like you've found a relevant fact.

Since you know little to nothing about law enforcement, let me tell you something you obviously don't know: Sometimes things are said by victims, witnesses, and suspects that is never corroborated by evidence because it was lost, erased, or never existed.

If someone says that you once had a family photo taken and now that photo can not be found does it mean it never happened or that you're lying?
