What's the issue? EI has shown that it's OK for Supervisors or ASAC's and SAC's to lie, intimidate, bully, etc. with no consequences, is there really any surprise that some Agents think they can do it in Investigations? A lack of Integrity rolls downhill.

I suspect there will be more to come in the future for FDLE.

When it's you and you're one of the good old boys, then you are a victim, you know, part of a 'Family with an abusive father". But that person who was once a "Victim" is OK with pushing that same conduct onto others and is completely fine with it. Gotta ask youself, why is that? Why is bad conduct OK for one, but detrimental for another?

Conduct does not appear to be judged on ACTUAL conduct. What is extreme in one circumstance is just normal course of business for another.

    Who's sending the anonymous letter?

Lots of aggression towards Bobby here- Did he mistreat and be disrespectful to another Special Agent? It's hard to believe that one of our own would do this to another one of our own. Where's the full story on this?

When a person in power mistreats a subordinate because of their position, it's one of the biggest injustices, especially when one has dedicated their lives to Law Enforcement where they expect their peers to be at the same level of Respect and Integrity as them. I can't imagine working your entire career only to be treated like a piece of shit by a guy like this.

Certainly there are no other violators in power at FDLE.. if so, they need to be called out and removed, and hopefully put in the same position as Bobby!! No protection for abusive Supervisors, ASAC's, and SAC's!!

Bobby's problem is the secrets he keeps, at least he thinks that they are Secrets. His attitude was one of someone with a little power that was trying to overcompensate for his own shortfalls and perversions. One can only imagine exactly what shortfall's he is compensating for.

He wanted to drag others into his own world of misery because he was born differently. The only reason he had the position he did was he was close to the CORRUPT administration. However, after a full blown investigation the truth could no longer be hidden. Like he attempts to hide the truth about himself. Hiding the truth was to his own detriment. He believed it made him feel or look manly when inside he's just the opposite.

If he prevails in his lawsuit he'll come back with a true vengeance with targets to be taken down. If his lawsuit fails it's too bad for him because he "blew" a good career ending in disgrace.

Going against him is he is still a defendant in a Federal lawsuit and the Federal Judge has removed his cloak of immunities and will now be subject to deposition and possible trial pending an appeal.

There will more than likely be a good number of us willing to testify as to his management style and the illigal things he allowed to occur under his command.

FDLE NEEDS to get rid of the ASAC's and SAC's that are obsessed with targeting employees, plain and simple. If there has been an employee they have targeted that has been negatively effected because of their B.S., the higher administration needs to let them go and make an example of them so this stops.

Ruining or bullying just one employee should be terms for dismissal.

The dual personality of being nice to some or many should not be a consideration when it comes to the behind the scenes nastiness. Most see right through that shit and it stays in the back of our minds.

Good for FDLE for taking care of Breeden... now lets drain the swamp and make the Agency better.

The problem is that some (SAC's, ASAC's, and up) are acting against employees on unverified information, information that is one-sided or vindictive, and that more than ever this type of action is allowed and even perhaps encouraged. The whole "I dislike someone but I respect them" has turned into "if I or one of my boys/girls dislikes someone, we'll destroy them or make them miserable". Accountability at the higher levels does not appear to exist. Verified lies will not get a SAS, ASAC, or SAC in trouble. Lying on an evidence disposal form for a SAS? Totally OK. Thats a minor one here. Making derogatory things up about an Agent that are refuted by actual documentation? No problem. Untruthful statements on an evaluation? Good to go. Makes you wonder, how can these same individuals conduct sworn criminal investigations?

Targeting works as long as the actions taken are in a limited scope (Breeden has a large group of targets) and perhaps as long as a negative atmosphere is created by the Supervisor or ASAC around the target (treat them unfairly, twist circumstances against them, turn others against them etc.). Actions by the target that point out things that are incorrect or unfair will stack up as complaints that fall on deaf ears and ultimately none of the command staff is willing to stand for what's right. Retaliation will follow, command staff again won't care.

Mind boggling that FDLE has turned into this. With this kind of system, it is inevitable that one of these people will have to face the music sooner or later on something they can't escape from outside of their protected club.

Breeden may be gone from FDLE, but his tactics still live on as it stands now, just at a smaller scale.

You can learn a lot about any organization by how they treat their own. Comes straight from the top and trickles down.
