What a failed experiment the civil division has become. It all started with Pollock's bright idea to bring in school cop as a Captain, whose only claim to fame was decorating the civil division with "art work" from inner city school kids. Lets also bring in a couple of his relatives and add a dunce of a Sergeant whose greatest accomplishment is finding the toy in his box of cracker jacks.

What more can he do to alienate the civilians in the unit? How about eliminating the civil supervisors position so he can bring in another do nothing Sergeant? How the hell did he convince the command that Civil needs another Sergeant?
How the hell is the Captain going along with this? How can you justify replacing a $55K civilian employee with a $100+K certified employee collecting a high-risk pension? We wish we had Sergeant MK back, a real supervisor who stood up for his employees.

All this talk about how great sheriff Israel is and how happy the employees are working for him is pure BS. Sheriff Israel and his command staff have been the biggest disappointment in BSO history!
