What if karma is already here? What if this is as good as it gets? Good things happen to not so good people. Bad things happen to good and not so good. Some of you simply remain in your dungeon of bitterness hoping that things change to the contrary. Move on and live your life. There's a great life out there.

I am thrilled to have another crooked cop, Shipley no longer a cop at ZPD or much less anywhere. The City Manager should take this opportunity to make a statement to the residents of Zhills that this behavior that Shipley demonstrated will not be tolerated at ZPD and in no way approve his appeal.

Shipley is done. Done as a cop and watch his family also fade away do to the embarrassment that he has caused them in this community. He lied and violated a person's Fourth Amendment, end of story. There are too many men and women coming out of the police academy to have to deal with Shipley. Let him go and celebrate he is gone and off the streets and cannot cause anymore harm to the residents of Zhills.

Like one of the posters said above, the closest thing that Shipley will ever have to carrying any sort of badge again will be as a mall cop. He is washed up and done.

What's sad is this issue is a lack of training by Zpd and granted ship was worthless but so is the current admin. Spina needs to get off his a** and clean house.

The admin violate citizens constitutional rights every time they conduct a traffic stop. Chief remember your stop in the county for no insurance and the illegal arrest on Cody Bearry. Methhead should have got an attorney and sued the city.
